comparison and contrast outline

Whcih to choose? Department stores or mail- order catalogues
I. INTRODUCTION

Compare and contrast department stores and mail-order catalogues in three points. Compare the shopping time, fit or not, touch and feel the merchandise

II. BODY
The shopping time-
The department stores are not as convenient to purchase as mail- order catalogues.
Fit or not-
We can try on the staff that we want to purchase right in the department stores. That way, we can know if the size fit or not. To buy in the mail- order catalogues, we cannot try on the staff.
Touch and feel the merchandise-
Similar to above, we can touch and feel the merchandise but we could not in mail- order
catalogues.

III. Conclusion
The department stores are safer and more appropriate than in mail- order.
Although department stores are not so convenient as mail- order, I prefer to purchase things concretely.

Classification-draft2

The rough classification of my friends
My friends can be categorized in three groups. The first category consists of loyal friends who are faithful and sincere. The second sort comprises the affable friends. The last breed contains the close friends.
The first category of friends I have had loyal friends who are always sincere to you. One friend of mine, Hebe, always supports me when I am in trouble. Even though everybody doesn’t believe in me, she is the last one to abandon me.
The second sort is affable friends who always treat people friendly. They wear a smile every day. Also they don’t get angry and don’t say something bad to others. Peggy is an example; she treats me as her sister. She talked to me with a smile when we met at first time, and I was deeply attracted to her fulgid smile. In short, she is decent and is in favor of helping people.
Irene Lin is my best and the closest friend. I have met her for five years. We share each other’s secrets. When she is sad or unhappy, I feel sad to cry. After we tell our annoyance and disturbances each other, we feel easy and happy then.
Among three groups of my friends mentioned above, I am in favor of, the close friends. Everyone has friends no matter good or ill. Some have many, and some have few. In my view, there are often some nice friends who give you happiness and joy. And you can learn numerous lectures or lessons from friends of different types. Friends are extremely important to everyone. If one doesn’t have friends, he must be lonely. How glorious having good friends is!
