Description-Final

My new friend, Elena
I would like to introduce my new friend whose name is Elena. I met Elena this semester in school. It was wonderful when I met her because of her friendlyness and kindness.
Elena is 20 years old and she comes from Kaohsiung. She has a sister and a brother. Now she lives in the tenement with me. Playing the piano, listening to radio, and watching TV are her favorites. She also likes dancing and singing in her pastime. Elena is quite easygoing and considerate. She doesn't get angry easily. Also, she is really smart and a good helper in her family. English, Spanish, and Geography are her favorite subjects. After college, she wants to get higher degree such as master program. She really hopes to be an English teacher in the future. One of Elena's favorite places is the beach. She takes a rest and relaxes at beach when she feels anxious and uneasy.
In addition, she has heard that Japan has many fashionable shopping stores. So she is eager to take a visit to Japan. The other country that she loves is New Zealand, which is quiet and slow.
I enjoy the time when we are together. The things I learned from Elena are possitive such as the attitude to learning. She concentrates in the class and always finishes assignments on time. I love the feeling and atmosphere when we are together.

How to make sea wood egg soup

Sea wood egg soup is a common soup. It’s quite easy to cook if you follow these steps.
First, boil 2 cups of chicken broth.And add salt to taste. Stir in 1-teaspoon water to a beaten egg and gradually pour it over the boiling bubbles in the broth.
Third, throw in some chopped green onions and dried seaweed (both Wakame or Nori will do.) After that, shut the heat and wait till the seaweeds become soft.

Finally, they are ready to be used.
